Commercial construction downtown at Valparaiso Chamber of Commerce

The top floor of the Valparaiso Chamber Building at 162 Lincolnway is getting a renovation that includes turning the top floor into a world class conference and meeting facility. This is the second and final phase of the interior renovation. The first phase was completed six years ago when the Chamber purchased and renovated the main level for its first permanent home in nearly 98 years. The initial plans called for renovation of the upper level to be completed in the future. The Chamber board approved the project earlier this year and construction began in early August. Completion is expected in late September or early October. Design Organization provided the design and construction; Berglund Construction won the construction bid.
